Drying your clothes under the sun causes color-fading. Therefore had them out to dry in evening or in shade.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at Cadiode. Our dedicated quality assurance teams check your dress before shipment. Our dress quality is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the item received, we can easily arrange a exchange for you. You may exercise your right to return the purchased items within 7 days in its original state (opened and unused) with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you received them from Cadiode and which you will pay for the item to be delivered to us.
Process of Exchange
Exchange is processed within 24hours. Exchange will be send within 24-48 hours after receiving the product in the account provided. We can only offer a Exchange / Coupon if you contact us within 07 days of the delivery date.
Make sure that your items are returned unused in their original packaging with the attached proof of purchase. We do not accept returns that are not in accordance with our policies and will be returned to you.
To protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Cadiode can reimburse you in the following cases:
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (proof required).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is required).
- The order has disappeared.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email / call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a shipment will send to you within 3 days.

- Please note that original color of product may vary due to lighting of images, monitors and phones screens, etc. Hence, products can not be exchanged due to this reason .
- Cadiode has the right to disapprove the returned item for an exchange.
- Orders can not be returned once delivery rider has reached your location. Prior cancellation before the order gets dispatched is important.
- We will only exchange any item(s) that are returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached within 07 days of purchase.
